We request payment of spa packages at the time of reservation to guarantee your service times.

Once your reservation is taken, we request 48 hours notice of cancellation or change – otherwise, we must charge 1/2 (half) of the service(s) scheduled.

Booking an appointment at UTOPIA is an acknowledgement of these terms.

All prices are subject to change without notice; effective January 2011.
