Originally from Bismarck, ND, Dee moved to Omaha where she lived for 5 years before moving to Lincoln in 1998. Graduating from and working in both the Medical and Dental fields since High School, she needed a change and found her permanent home at Utopia. Part of the "Original Three", alongside Kevin, and her side-kick Sherry, she has been here since the doors opened In December of '98, working the front desk and helping to keep things running smoothly...most of the time! "I've been blessed to be part of this family, working alongside some of the most talented & caring people I've ever met. I'll never leave no matter how hard they try to get rid of me"! A huge animal lover, she shares her home with 3 cats and 2 dogs who rule her world! Other than that, you can find her doing Bootcamp & working out at the Gym or spending time with her friends.

Kevin has been Co-Owner of Utopia Salon and Day Spa for 13 years. After traveling around the world playing music, he attended College of Hair Design in 1981 and has 30 years of experience in the beauty industry. A Lincolnite, Sherry was a Special Education Paraeducator at Dawes Middle School for 9 years before accepting the position of Salon Manager at Utopia in 1998. In early 2001, she purchased half interest in the Salon and became Co-Owner with Kevin Moore. You'll mainly find her working the Reception desk because she loves interacting with the clients and employees, but she is a big part of the success story that is Utopia. She is one of the "Original Three" who have been here since day one, along with her cell mate Dee, and of course, good ol' Kevy! She shares her love for animals with her husband and is grateful her 4 varmints are nice enough to let them rent a room!
