TERMS for SCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS

We request payment of spa packages at the time of reservation to guarantee your service times.
Once your reservation is taken, we request 48 hours notice of cancellation or change -- otherwise, we must charge 1/2 (half) of the service(s) scheduled.
Booking an appointment at UTOPIA is an acknowledgement of these terms.
All prices are subject to change without notice; effective November 2009.
UTOPIA salon & day spa is a place to relax and experience the ultimate in services. For your comfort and the the comfort of others around you, we ask that children be in the salon only if they are receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.
